Change

Change is necessary to stay ahead. Enjoy the moment, but always be looking for change. If you can balance your current position, while learning about its shortcomings, and effect change, life will always be an adventure.

I was reading the other day and found that quote, i liked it so much that i wrote it down, and placed it next to my computer. It puts me at peace. I always thought that i hated change, but just recently discovered that i can accept it. What i realized it that i hate change when its a sudden change. I need a forewarning.
Looking back on life, i realize that i have changed. I'm not the same girl that i was in second grade, nor do i have the same friends. But i like where i am currently in life...

I am:
- A college student. Currently at TCC, almost finished with my AA. Sometimes i feel like it has taken me too long to get where i am, but whats the rush?
- A Barista at Starbucks. I only work there 2 days a week, but i love it.
- An Assistant Director at Summit East Babies. A Child Enrichment Center, where i get to play with babies newborn- to 2years of age.
- A daughter to my wonderful parents Mark and Nancy Ellison. A sister to my amazing brother Justin. And an aunt to my brothers beautiful girls, Taylor(4) and Ainsley(11months).
- A Christian. Thats right, 9 days ago i got saved. It took 21 years, but i am happy to have found The Lord.
- A friend.
